#leadershiptip41 HAVE SIGHT BUT LACK VISION?  I learnt from one of my bosses sometime ago that if you wake up in the morning without having a plan for that day go back to sleep and make sure you've plans before you stand from your bed. You don't just exist by chance, you have every reason to leave daily with a vision of tomorrow, don't allow your life to be at mercy of chance. It was that wonderful blind woman HELEN KELLER that says the greatest tragedy to befall any man is to have sight but lack vision. There is no tragedy that will ever be greater than that again, you've your sight active but no vision. Nothing can ever be achieved without vision, vision propel you to action and that help you walk daily with the consciousness of something achievable. Great leaders are always on with their vision and that's what makes them great. You want to take the lead in your field? You want others to start to ask you how you're doing yours? Then have vision and stick to it.
